4. Building Permit Issued
Liaise with your selected skilled worker to get Building Permit Consent.
5. Building work begins on Site
Liaise with your prefered skilled worker to start work and establish the timeframe and quality of work.
6. Building Inspections Commence
We will conduct a neutral, unbiased, third-party Building inspection for each trade (building work). This is to ensure transparency and quality of service is maintained for all parties.
7. Completion & Handover
This is where the task will be deemed completed.
